According to reports in the press a man has been ordered to prison after been arrested for allegedly shooting his former partner.

It is understood that the 38 year old Bulgarian man who has been named with the initials AKA was arrested on Tuesday in Fuente de Piedra

It is reported that the man allegedly shot the woman at his home in Marbella and that the was a history of violence in the two year relationship

According to the reports the woman did not report the violence for fear of reprisals"
